As a Psychiatric Nurse with the Achievement Center of LECOM Health, you can be all of that and more!
As a Psychiatric Nurse you will:
Maintain a part-time position of approximately 25 hours per week, with the potential for full-time in the future based on Clinic need.
Provide nursing/health assessments to children.
Complete all necessary documentation for services, including treatment planning.
Act as a liaison between family members, agency psychiatrists and school personnel regarding medication issues with children
Assist with coordination of treatment with other service providers.
Assist families in locating needed resources.
Act as a client advocate

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Current PA LPN or RN Licensure in good standing.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a behavioral health field.
Must be able to interact professionally with families, staff, and other agencies.
Must be able to obtain Act 33 Clearance (PA Child Abuse) and Act 34
Clearance (PA State Police Record Check) OR the Department of Human Services FBI Fingerprinting prior to hire, with the additional clearance being received within 30 days of hire.
