Job Description
The Assistant Manager supports the Ferrous manager and is responsible for assisting and customer service at the site.
The Assistant Manager is in charge of assisting management of a team so as to achieve its performance objectives, offer an exceptional customer experience and maintain customer loyalty.
The incumbent will:
Provide supervision and collaborate with and support the Ferrous Manager in yard operations.
Support and lead the members of the ferrous yard.

Control inventories and the quality of cars, while also maintaining .
Work with the logistics team and ensuring quality of relationship between departments.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in customer service
At least 1 year of experience in scrap metal or other industrial experience
