*Job Description*
* Perform electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic system design in support of custom automated assembly, inspection, fixturing and robotic systems.
* PLC and HMI programming utilizing RSLogix and FTView
* Programming with multiple robot languages: Epson, Kawasaki, Fanuc
* Provide general engineering and CAD electrical drawings for machinery (internal or external) as required
* Oversee the set-up and functioning of all automated equipment and machinery
* Participate in final system functional performance testing
* Research new equipment / technologies and recommend alternative engineering solutions to management to meet business needs
* Develop clear understanding of new automated equipment intended function, communicate/train technicians on set-ups and maintenance
*Key Skills*
* Read and interpret electrical schematics, or computer-generated reports
* Ability to work productively and maintain project timelines with minimal supervision
* Electrical controls knowledge/aptitude
* Proficient with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and sensors
* Proficient with robots; Emson, Kawasaki, Fanuc
* Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic operation
* Ability to problem solve
* Handle stress and adapt based on production needs
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
