Homeless? Space in RV for help (Erie)

I am recently single and need help with my rv which I live in.
I am on the road and travel around the northern ca and nevada area.
I am trying to get some upgrades done so I can sell for a newer one but my partner and I just separated.
It is too much for me to do alone so I am offering the bed above the cab to a homeless male who is able to work in exchange for free room and board.
Nothing too major so no experience is needed but must be motivated and dedicated to the goals we set.
I am a fun early 40.

I like to smoke and party also.
I am bi and single and openminded.
It would be great to find someone similar to be friends as well.
I am a very social person.
