2 1/2 year old mix breed (Erie)

As sad as it is breaking my heart i need to find a good home for Peter .
i moved from country to the city and i have been having severe health ad financial problems so i need to downsize for their benefit and mine .
He is a 2 1/2 year old mix breed (mighty mutt) .
He is house broken and has all his vaccines.
NOT NEUTERED ! he’s very sweet and energetic! needs room to run or lots of walks .
he was raised with other dogs and cats.
he would do great in a home with children because he is so playful and weighs about 65-70 lbs .
he does need some more training .
knows some basics .
