The *General Manager* at *Climb Nittany* is responsible for all aspects of managing the operations at the climbing center.

*Position:* * General manager *Compensation:* * $48-55K salary (based on experience) * Medical benefits * 401K * Paid time off * Bonus pay (performance-based) *Other incentives:* * Moving expenses * Flexible schedule * Free Membership * Discounts including Pro Deals (wholesale on Prana, Patagonia, gear, etc) * Free parking *Schedule requirements:* * 40 hours per week * 5 days per week * Weekdays from 12:00pm to 8:00pm or 3:00pm to 10:00pm * Weekends from 9:00am to 5:00pm *Language requirements:* * English *Experience:* * 2 years of previous management experience in hospitality or retail * Climbing industry knowledge is preferred but not required.
