The Fertilization Crew Leader plays a crucial role in maintaining healthy and vibrant landscapes for our clients.
This position demands a dedication to quality, safety, and meticulous attention to detail.
Here's what you can expect:
Responsibilities:
* Accurately and safely apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to landscapes, adhering to established schedules, specifications, and company policies.
* Perform various turf-care tasks beyond fertilization, such as weed control, disease prevention, and soil health improvement.
* Possess a deep understanding of different types of grasses, pests, and plant diseases, along with safe handling practices for chemicals.
* Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing information about applied treatments.
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.
* Strong knowledge of turfgrass and landscape maintenance practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
