is in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Client Services Manager within our rapidly expanding organization.
Job Description: The Client Services Manager position involves daily interaction with both existing and potential clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Acting as a crucial link between Expivia and our clients, your responsibilities include: Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships through exceptional customer support.
Developing a comprehensive understanding of each client's key performance indicators (KPIs), encompassing business models, crucial operating processes, and systems.
Proactively communicating with internal departments like Production, Human Resources, and IT.
Maximizing operational efficiency to exceed client expectations and company goals.
Assisting in resolving client issues by proposing effective solutions and ensuring satisfactory resolution.
Evaluating products/services to ensure they align with client specifications.
Providing daily reports and conducting statistical analysis.
Offering recommendations to clients and assisting in the selection of products/services that meet their needs.
Collaborating with the marketing and sales division to align work operations with the objectives of the client services unit.
Requirements: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field OR 5 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Exceptional planning and project management skills.
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Flexibility is a prerequisite.
Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
Ability to thrive in both individual and team settings.
Outgoing personality and confident speaker.
Positive attitude and effort.
