This means you will be responsible for:* * *Recruiting excellent staff* * *Completing direct care hours* * *Manage staff retainment* * *Ensure initial and ongoing staff training* * *Identifying individuals for promotion* * *Evaluating staff performance* * *Creating and maintaining an efficient schedule* * *Managing call offs when necessary* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $38,000.
