*Job Description:* We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team.
As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's administrative functions.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily office activities, managing administrative staff, and supporting various departments within the dealership.
*Responsibilities:*
* Organize and supervise all administrative functions, such as accounting, budgeting, reconciliation, payroll administration, vehicle deal commissioning, data collection, record maintenance, etc.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reports.
* Complies with local, state, and federal reporting and tax filings.
* Support departmental managers in achieving company goals by providing timely information for decision making and required actions.
* Coach, train, and support accounting team on process, technology, accounting, and reviewing of work to ensure quality standards are met.
* Assist with hiring, reviewing performance, and administering corrective action plans to associates when necessary.
* Cross-trained in all roles of accounting office
* Other managerial duties as assigned by Office Manager and Dealer Principal.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
* (3+ years) as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Knowledge of dealership and/or DMV software (Reynolds & Reynolds)
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Knowledge of automotive dealership operations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.
00 - $115,000.
