Dietary Supervisor

Seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor.
Supervises the operation of Dietary Department employees to ensure that nutritious meals are prepared and serviced in a safe, efficient and sanitary manner while maintaining compliance with federal, state and local regulations and licensure requirements.
Experience: Three years' experience in institutional Food Service supervision, preferably in a health care facility.
At the minimum, should possess a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year technical or college training in Food Service Management/ supervision or related field.
Full time position with excellent benefit package.
