Brewery Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee day to day pub operations including shift management, team management, customer engagement, and end of day closing procedures.
- Manage a team of pub employees, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures and work together cohesively.
- Create weekly schedules for pub employees and handle supply ordering for our week to week operating needs.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on long term goals for the pub.
Work together to make sure all aspects of pub function are met.
- Bring a positive attitude to the workplace that drives your team to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and PLCB regulations.
- Complete monthly inventory reports for merchandise and beer in the pub.
- Assist with event planning for large company festivals with the General Manager.
Requirements: - Previous restaurant or brewery experience is required.
- At least 1 year of management experience is required.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of craft beer is preferred.
- Ability to interview, hire, train, and manage staff effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bartending experience or knowledge of beer styles and flavors is desirable.
Pay has opportunity to increase after annual performance reviews.
