Job Summary:
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a difference? As an Autism Support Program Manager you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to individuals with autism.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Autism Program and providing direct care to clients in the community.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services
* Develop and monitor continuous quality improvement measures
* Provide direct care on a routine basis until program growth supports full-time supervision responsibilities
* Manage and monitor job postings and applicants for Direct Support Professional positions
* Schedule and conduct interviews and assist with the onboarding process
* Assist with and conduct portions of orientation training classes
* Supervise staff, provide ongoing support, and evaluate job performance
* Create, manage, and distribute the weekly staff schedule
* Review and approve weekly billing for services provided
* Monitor and implement the Individual Support Plan including outcomes, service utilization, health and safety guidance, and other pertinent
* Adhere to the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Chapter 6100 Regulations
* Coordinate new individual referral review meetings when necessary
* Display, mentor, and role model professional conduct, leadership, and team-building skills
* Conduct team meetings and present information clearly
* Address individual and family member dissatisfaction when necessary
* Complete employee performance evaluations
* Complete disciplinary actions and discuss needed improvements with staff
* Review and approve employee service notes, timesheets, and time off requests
* Track required staff vehicle and driving information
* Respond to staff issues and individual emergencies during the week
* Participate in weekend on-call rotation if necessary
* Other duties as assigned
Experience:
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma and four years of experience working directly with individuals with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.

An associate's or bachelor's degree and two years working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
