Maintenance Supervisor
Twinbrook Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to preserve the good condition and functionality of the facility.
You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, landscaping, etc.
The Maintenance Supervisor is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.
The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Assists the Assistant Maintenance Director in all department duties.
Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, and assists in the direction of the Maintenance Department, its programs and activities.
Ensures the facility remains in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations for Life Safety Code compliance.
Assists in reviewing the department policies, procedure manuals, job descriptions, etc.
, at least annually for revisions.
Assists in preparing operating and staffing budgets for maintenance and monitors monthly.
Ensures maintenance staff are properly trained on safety policies and procedures as well as monitors compliance.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Licensed in accordance with applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, or Long Term Care Facility preferred.
