Guest Experience Leader

As a Guest Experience Leader, you will be part of an outstanding team that delivers personalized experiences for every guest visiting the restaurant for their favorite McDonald's menu items.
You will make sure guests have a great experience by welcoming them to the restaurant, helping them through the ordering process, and talking with them in the dining room.
The most important skill required is hospitality.
Guest Experience Leader must enjoy social situations and feel comfortable talking with all types of guests.
Guest Experience Leaders must be able to communicate in a friendly and genuine way to make all guests feel welcomed.
Candidates must be at least 15 years old.
