*Requirements for the Assistant Manager Position:*
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· Ability to work & learn in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen.
· Must have open availability.
· 1-2 years of Restaurant Management Experience Preferred
*As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities include:*
· Oversee the Bar, Kitchen, or Restaurant operations including driving & building sales & profitability.
· Ensure each guest that walks through the O’Charley’s door is highly satisfied with their entire dining experience including high quality foods, excellent service and standards.
· Achieve optimal performance from employees by communicating and role modeling job duties and customer service.
· Maintain financials to include cash controls/procedures; full responsibility for P&L’s.
Apply cost balancing knowledge in all daily operations of the restaurant.
· Actively participate in the selection, orientation, and training of team members.
Stay well informed and aware of staffing needs while anticipating future needs.
