*Job Summary:*
_The Warehouse Lead- 2nd Shift is responsible for efficiently facilitating & obtaining requested materials and equipment, coordination of deliveries to and from the field, and assisting in proactively identifying shortages of materials.
Additionally, they must collaborate with Project Management and the rest of the Warehouse Team to obtain the correct items for delivery.

*Supervisory Responsibilities:*
· _There are no direct reports.
_
*Duties/Responsibilities:*
· _Thoroughly understand all the equipment and materials of the mechanical trade to ensure efficient and accurate selection of requested materials & equipment.
_
· _Assist with stock inventory minimum and maximum counting.
_
· _Load trucks for the next day’s delivery.
_
· _Verify all material list is picked and staged for delivery.
_
· _Assist with the ordering of consumable fuels & other shop needs.
_
· _Effectively participate in daily scheduling tie-off meeting with first shift.
_
· _Contribute to continuous improvement by developing more efficient ways to track materials, minimize incorrect deliveries, and eliminate lost materials.
_
· _Assist when needed in all aspects of the warehouse function.
_

*Education and Experience:*
_Required: High school diploma or GED required.
_
*FLSA Classification :*
_Non-exempt, hourly.
_
*Physical Requirements*
· _Sitting, standing, or walking for prolonged periods of time.
_
· _Bending, kneeling, reaching multiple times daily.
_
· _Occasionally work outside in the elements on uneven surfaces.
_
· _Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times, independently.
_
· _Standard work hours: 1:30 to 10:00, Monday-Friday.
_
· _Ability to operate a forklift and/or heavy equipment around the Spaeder facility.
