Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Food provided * Growth opportunities Responsibilities: - Supervise class aides - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques - Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the classroom - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment - Maintain a clean and organized classroom Qualifications: - Must be familiar with state regulations and PA Key standards -Must be able to administer asessments on time at a star 4 standard - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Knowledge of behavior management techniques for young children - Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations - Familiarity with toddler care and early childhood education principles - Proficiency in math concepts appropriate for preschoolers - Experience working in a daycare or similar educational setting is required - Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students If you are passionate about working with young children, have experience in early childhood education, and possess the necessary qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
