Pay rate is $32/hr *Title: Services - Customer Service V (Indirect)* *Location: Erie - PA 16531* Work Schedule: Specify (07:30 AM - 05:00 PM [Lunch: Flexible - Flexible]) Job Description: SUMMARY: The CSR will manage all aspects of the Customer accounts assigned.
They will answer requests, provide price quotation for aftermarket parts and projects, administer warranty and repair returns, confirm received orders, quote follow up, and support on time delivery of parts to assigned Customers.
The CSR directly contributes to the success of the division by following up on the status of all activities and supporting different services to ensure that the overall objectives are met.
The incumbent is responsible for the overall performance of customer accounts under his/her responsibility.
*ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES* • Respond to assigned customer account requests.
• Respond to team/colleague accounts as backup when needed.
• Leads reporting meetings with management to report on progress, problems and opportunities.
• Provide price quotations for aftermarket parts and projects.
• Work with Engineering and Purchasing on problem parts and communicate timeframe to Customer.
• Support Customer for order intake into system.
• Verify prices, delivery dates and shipment method.
• Work with various departments to ensure orders ship per schedule date and that On Time Delivery is met.
• Communicate to their assigned Customers if any issues prevent the order from shipping on time.
• Prepare open order reports for key Customers.
• Provide credit notes for customers in collaboration with finance and Managers.
*Qualifications and requirements:* • Bachelor's Degree (Or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service or Equivalent Background) • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications Desired characteristics: • Proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong inter-personal skills • Initiative • Flexibility • Problem analysis and problem solving including decision making • Planning and organizing and the ability to work to deadlines Job Type: Contract Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Weekly day range: * Monday to Friday Work setting: * In-person Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in price quotation for aftermarket parts, warranty, returns, confirm received orders, quote follow up, and support on time delivery of parts to assigned Customers?
