Journey Health System is looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer.
Responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the agency while maintaining compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
Provides strategic leadership by articulating human resources needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors.
This position is directly responsible for leading the director and indirectly responsible for all employees within the division.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and healthcare industry regulations.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
SHRM certification preferred.
