We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of calling existing and new customers, getting patients into the office, providing sales support, and staying informed about industry trends.
A successful candidate for this position will have experience with setting up new client accounts, understanding product and service features, building rapport with clients, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
* Make consistent phone calls to new and existing clients
* Schedule appointments for new and existing clients via phone call, email, text, and in-person
* Identify potential new clients through research and networking efforts
* Meet with potential clients to discuss their needs and the products or services offered by the medspa
* Present the features and benefits of the medspa's products and services in a clear and persuasive manner
* Handle objections and negotiate prices and terms with potential clients
* Close sales by answering questions and addressing concerns
* Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
* Keep track of sales and customer information using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
* Meet or exceed sales targets set by the medspa
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products or services offered by the medspa.
