The YMCA of Greater Erie is looking to hire a Property Manager for our Glenwood Location.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPERTY MANAGER As a Property Manager at the YMCA of Greater Erie, your day may start with reviewing maintenance schedules and coordinating projects with contractors.
Throughout the day, you will oversee repairs, communicate with staff and outside agencies, and manage budgets to ensure efficient facility operations.
You may also dedicate time to updating facility plans or brainstorming ways to enhance our services.
It's a dynamic role that allows you to contribute to our mission of strengthening the community through safe and welcoming facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPERTY MANAGER Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in property management, facility maintenance, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to facilities and grounds.
Current state issued driver's license and driving record that meets YMCA standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial statements.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of staff and volunteers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
Additional YMCA required certifications will be expected to be completed within 120 days of hire.
WORK SCHEDULE The typical schedule for this full time position is 40 hours per week.
