Job Title: Leasing Agent/Office Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent/Office Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for showing potential tenants apartments, leasing to qualified applicants, and providing administrative support to the property manager.
You will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our tenants while assisting with various office tasks and bill management.
Responsibilities:

Conduct Apartment Showings: Schedule and conduct apartment showings for prospective tenants, showcasing the property's features and amenities.
Answer any questions and provide accurate information to help potential tenants make informed decisions.
2.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential tenants, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any concerns or issues.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, fostering positive relationships with tenants.
3.
Administrative Support: Assist the property manager with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to, answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing documents, and managing lease-related paperwork.
Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy.
4.
Rent Collection and Bill Management: Assist with rent collection processes, track payment records, and ensure timely submission of bills and invoices.
Collaborate with the property manager to coordinate utility payments and maintain accurate financial records.
5.
Property Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and maintenance requests from tenants.
Maintain an organized system for tracking and prioritizing maintenance tasks, ensuring prompt resolution.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service or real estate industry is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in using office software and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with leasing procedures and relevant laws and regulations is a plus
