Rehoming ragdoll cat (Erie)

This is Mochi he is approximately 3 years old.
My daughter needs to rehome him because her son has developed allergies.
He would be perfect as an only cat as he doesn't seem to get along with cats.
Very affectionate and very vocal and he loves baths.
Asking a $50 rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a good home
